What is your placement guarantee?

We are confident in our vetting. We offer a standard 3-6 month free replacement guarantee on all retained searches. If a candidate leaves or doesn't perform within this period, we replace them at no extra cost to you.

Do you work on success-only basis?

For certain mid-level roles, yes. However, for C-Level, Director, and critical tech roles, we work on a retained basis. This allows us to dedicate the necessary research resources, conduct confidential market mapping, and guarantee results.

How fast can you deliver a shortlist?

Speed is our differentiator. For standard tech roles, we typically present the first vetted candidates within 3-5 days thanks to our pre-vetted pool. Comprehensive executive searches typically take 2-4 weeks for a full, mapped shortlist.
